Volunteers needed for the Downtown San Mateo Association’s
13th Annual Wine Walk.
If you are 21 years or older and would like to volunteer for the 13th Annual Wine Walk in Downtown San Mateo we would like to hear from you. The event will be held on Friday, June 27, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
We will need volunteers to help set-up the event and work with the local merchants throughout the entire day until closing. Two shifts are available.
Some of the volunteer opportunities include:
• Ticket Sales
• Checking Identification
• Wrist Banding Wine Walk Attendees
• Handing Out Wine Glasses, Trays or Program Guides
• Directing Wine Walk Attendees
• Assisting Participating Merchants
• Wine Pouring
• Event Set-up
• Clean-up and Breakdown (9:00 p.m. until closing)

As a volunteer, you will be provided with a special Wine Walk Logo Polo Shirt, Refreshments and Discounted Wine Walk Tickets for your assistance.
A volunteer meeting will be held prior to the event to further explain volunteer responsibilities.
